CityBot Update January 2026

I am working with Catholic Charities of Denver. As part of the initiative to rehabilitate their temporary residents seeking shelter, I am talking with the Deacon and his team to help clean up litter spots in cities . I want to build a sustainable model where charitable contributions from companies can be pooled to pay the CC Denver residents who participate in the clean-up. CC Denver provides the supervision and gets the work done. The Litter spots are identified by citizens using the CityBot App. Work is carved out into grids that can be covered in a day based on the information gathered from CityBot.

The litter clean up initiative will continue to be part of the nonprofit helping cities employ residents who need shelter while keeping the cities clean.

In parallel, I am working to get meetings scheduled with the mayors of Broomfield, Westminster, and Thornton Colorado where we can coordinate fixes to the infrastructure issues reported via the app. Again these work items will be logged with the city in grid patterns so that the city can optimize the dollars it spends to address the issues. Over time AI models will have enough data to identify patterns and get to the root cause of the issue whether it be miscreants, poor workmanship by a contractor, bad material quality from suppliers and so on.

This part of the business will be turned into a commercial undertaking where cities will be able to save money by working with CityBot.
